In order to be our dealers, one must indicate to us that there should be a valid computer or IT based related company and actively operating their business in Malaysia.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Service via phone number +60.12.777.3298 (9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Saturday). The return & refund is valid within 3 (three) working days from the date of the goods received. The products packaging must remain intact and of good condition.

For any order above RM2,000.00, the purchaser needs to fax in a copy of your Identification Card and/or Passport Number (only if non-resident) and/or Credit Card or with Company Registration Borang 9 & Form 49 sent.

For any order below RM2,000, we reserve the right to ask for additional identification information.

We will wait for customer's payment instructions. All orders would be valid for 14 days only.
If payment is not received, We deems that the customer no longer wants the order and it will be cancelled.
