Payment Option
IGNS accepts various forms of payment from our customers. Currently, we accept cheques, money orders, postal orders or bank drafts sent to our address. However, payment must be cleared before the items are shipped out. The time taken for payment clearance may vary from 2 to 7 working days.

Alternatively, shoppers may credit our bank account directly by banking in the correct amount in cash or cheque. The transaction slip must then be faxed to us at 07-335 0333 as proof of payment. Cheques may require 2 to 5 working days for clearance.

The customer's order will remain valid for 14 days. During this period of time, if payment is not received, IGNS deems that the customer no longer wants the order and it will be cancelled. Therefore, customers who choose manual payment must contact IGNS to notify us of their method of payment as soon as possible.

  1. Payment by Maybank2u (Currently not available)
    A service provided by Maybank to allow online customers to make payment via maybank2u gateway. It is a secure and convenient way.
  2. Payment by Direct bank-in
    You can also bank in the amount directly into our Southern Bank Berhad account and make all payment payable to Integrated Global Network Services Sdn Bhd:

    Southern Bank Account Number: 1008104212

    After you have banked in the amount, kindly fax to us the bank-in slip or send us an email. Important: You must also provide the order reference number to us to allow for easier tracking.
  3. Payment by Cheque
    Please make all cheques payable to Integrated Global Network Services Sdn Bhd. All cheques should be crossed and mailed to:

    Suite 06-03, Menara Pelangi, 80400, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.

    Important: At the back of the cheque, please remember to write your name and order reference number.

** For customers using Payment Option 2 & 3, the transaction/deposit slip MUST be faxed to Integrated Global Network Services Sdn Bhd at 07-335 0333 as proof of payments before we can facilitate the shipment of your goods.

** The amount payable MUST match the value of your Purchase Order.

** Goods will be shipped upon clearance of payments.

Remittance through electronic funds transfer or Automated Teller Machine is currently unacceptable.

Shipping Option and Charges
Shipping Charges are calculated based on product order. No matter how many products you've purchased, all you have to pay for shipping charges is RM20.00 per order.

Shipping Commitment
IGNS has a 48-hour (2 working days) shipping policy on orders placed for products that are in stock. Items for orders placed will ship within 48-hours from the time IGNS receives the order online, provided that payment has been received in full. For the time taken to ensure payment clearance, please see below:

Please note that the times stated are all based on working days. If the products are not in stock, the customer will be notified by either email or phone and will be given the option to wait for stocks to arrive or to cancel the order. Payment processing will proceed if customer chooses to wait and the product(s) will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Delivery by courier to destinations in West Malaysia typically takes 24 hours but should not exceed 72 hours. Delivery to East Malaysia typically takes 3 to 7 days.

Customers can contact us either via email or by phone (9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday) at 07-335 3333 or sales@igns.net to check for the status of their orders.
